Together We Know More! volunteers share knowledge and inspire future professionals

In July, it was time for the Sales and Sales Administration, Materials Planning and Purchasing and Information Technology teams  to contribute to the Lecture Circuit of the Siegwerk Brazil program Together We Know More!

Throughout the month, four lectures were held that provided the young people of SOS Children's Villages with a broader view of the different departments that make a company work and how each area plays an essential role in the success of the business.

In the Sales and Sales Administration presentations, volunteers highlighted the importance of building trusting relationships with customers and showed that selling goes far beyond offering products. It's about understanding needs and delivering solutions that generate value and contribute to customer success.

In the area of Materials Planning  and Purchasing, the participants were able to learn more about how planning, inventory management and strategic vision directly impact the company's results. The volunteers explained the importance of ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, in the necessary quantity and with operational efficiency.

In Information Technology, one of the areas that most arouse the interest of young people today, it was possible to explore the diversity of professional opportunities in the sector. The speakers presented aspects related to infrastructure, systems and processes, expanding the participants' understanding of this constantly evolving universe.
