Colors are passion, emotions and personality. At Siegwerk, inks and coatings are our specialty and we use color to bring the packaging and products of our customers to life.
Between the end of August and the beginning of September, Siegwerk Brazil concluded another edition of the lecture circuit of the Together We Know More! program, an initiative carried out in partnership with SOS Children's Villages Brazil. These lectures were inspiring meetings, full of learning, exchange of experiences and valuable insights for young people who will soon take their first steps in the professional world.
In the lecture on Production Process Flow, Fernando Kurunzi, Industrial Coordinator, promoted a practical dynamic that quickly turned into an exciting challenge among the participants. Divided into groups, the young people needed to produce and deliver the largest possible quantity of a given product. By comparing the results before and after the presentation of the concepts, participants learned the importance of structured processes, organization and planning to achieve better results.
In the lecture on Fire Fighting and Prevention, Evaldo Barros, Occupational Safety Technician; Andresa Luiz, Integrated Management System Coordinator and Gabriel de Almeida, Young Apprentice, shared fundamental knowledge about safety and prevention. In addition to the guidelines applicable to the professional environment, participants learned practices that can be used at home and in different everyday situations. The meeting also included a practical exercise of handling fire extinguishers, providing an enriching experience and expanding awareness on the subject.
Closing the circuit, the lecture My First Job, conducted by Beatryz Moreira, HR Assistant, and Flávia Tavares, Recruitment and Selection Specialist, brought essential guidance for those who are preparing to enter the job market. The young people were able to clarify doubts about interviews, resume preparation and hiring requirements, such as internships and young apprentices. In addition, they participated in Q&A simulations and were encouraged to reflect on their skills, identifying ways to highlight them in an authentic and confident way during the selection processes.
Our sincere thanks to the volunteers who dedicated their time, experience and energy to make this initiative possible. The commitment of each speaker made a difference in the training of the participants and reinforced, in practice, the values of collaboration, development and social responsibility that are part of Siegwerk's culture.
The 2026 Lecture Circuit comes to an end, but the journey of Together We Know More! continues. Soon, the team will share the highlights of the young people's visit to the Siegwerk site in Brazil, another special stage of this learning experience and connection with the professional universe.
