Siegwerk Brazil shares career path options with local SOS youth

The Siegwerk Brazil team is approaching the end of its JUNTOS SABEMOS MAIS! 2025 program. A collaboration between Siegwerk and Aldeias Infantis SOS in Brazil, the penultimate lecture, held on August 21, focused on the theme - careers. Rodrigo Silva, Head of Technology at Siegwerk Brazil, talked to the young people about the different paths that can be followed in building a lasting career.  

Silva also demonstrated how the concept of a successful career has evolved as each generation has entered the job market. He highlighted the changes that may occur throughout a person’s professional life including career transitions that can vary from academic to technical, and executive opportunities, to name a few.  

The many different professions were presented to the participants as part of Siegwerk Brazil’s Juntos Sabemos Mais (together we know more) Circuit of Lectures. During this session,  Silva demonstrated that no career is built overnight and how necessary it is to study and dedicate yourself in the pursuit of your professional goals.
