Siegwerkers in Thailand help young adults achieve their goals as part ot the YouthCan! initiative

Career perspectives don’t appear overnight – they grow, step by step. And often, it starts with the realization that anything is possible.

Workshops, mentoring, and hands-on support from the Siegwerk Thailand team play a key role in this journey. They help young people like Nong Boss Jirayu discover their strengths and prepare for their path into the working world as part of SOS Children’s Village YouthCan! program.

“I was impressed by every activity, as each one was filled with knowledge and insights that can be used to develop oneself and others,” said SOS participant Nong Boss Jirayu. “The resume writing session was especially helpful to me, as in two years I will be doing an internship and preparing to fully enter the workforce.”
