Siegwerk Brazil concludes its Juntos Sabemos Mais! Series with interview skills training

Brazil

Stela Bispo, HR specialist and Beatryz Moreira, apprentice at Siegwerk Brazil, held the last lecture of this year's JUNTOS SABEMOS MAIS!, themed "My First Job."

After introducing several professions, the HR team had the opportunity to guide young people from Aldeias Infantis SOS in Brazil, on practical issues in the search for their first job. This included how to prepare a resume, job search sites where they can register for free and how to conduct themselves during an interview.

Another important point was to explain the new Brazilian digital work card, an app that is now used to record all professional work history. They also discussed the differences between young apprentice and internship employment contracts.

At the end of the lecture, Bispo and Moreira were interviewed by the youngsters. In this setting, the participants of the program had the chance to ask questions that they did not feel comfortable answering in an interview. Now, with the valuable support Siegwerk professionals, the students are more prepared to answer their next interviews in search of their first jobs.
