Siegwerk India indulges the children of Bhiwadi employees

It is estimated that over 60 percent of India’s more than one billion population does not have access to proper sanitation facilities, making it one of the most challenging tasks for the Indian government. To bring attention to the problem, the Indian film Toilet – A Love Story tells the story of a wife who will not live with her husband unless he builds a toilet in their house. As both a learning and fun experience, Siegwerk Bhiwadi invited 27 children of the factory’s Siegwerkers to join them for the movie at a local Bhiwadi cinema. The powerful story emphasized the need for basic sanitary facilities at home.
