Siegwerk India organizes Skill Workshop

In the third year of Siegwerk India’s collaboration with the SOS Children’s Village, Siegwerkers from India got together for a three-day workshop organized for the youth of SOS at their National Training Centre in Faridabad, Haryana.

Around 20 Siegwerkers, who volunteered for this rewarding endeavor, were trained to be trainers and subsequently played an instrumental role in conducting this workshop and providing mentorship on employability skills like Career Counselling, Business Writing, Communication, Interview Skills and Teamwork.

This year’s group of participants was a mix of budding young individuals, who gathered from various SOS villages across India. They were also invited for a plant visit to the Bhiwadi site where they further gained insights on various on-the-job experiences of Siegwerkers and more importantly the success story of Siegwerk.
