Siegwerkers in Thailand volunteer their time to enhance career opportunities for local young people

For the third consecutive year, Siegwerk Thailand partnered with SOS Children’s Villages Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen to deliver the “Ignite Your Success Occupation” youth development camp as part of the YouthCan! SOS 2026 Project. The program was held from May 14 to 17.

At Siegwerk, we believe that every young person possesses unique potential and the ability to shape a successful future. Guided by this belief, we remain committed to supporting youth development by equipping young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to successfully transition into the world of work.

This year, students from five SOS Children’s Villages across Thailand participated in a four-day development program featuring interactive workshops, mentorship opportunities, and a visit to Siegwerk’s manufacturing facility. The program focused on key areas including leadership, communication, critical thinking, financial literacy, career preparedness, and personal development, providing participants with practical insights and valuable workplace exposure. 

Through meaningful collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages Thailand and the dedication of Siegwerk Thailand employee volunteers, the team is proud to contribute to creating opportunities that empower young people to realize their potential and pursue their aspirations with confidence. Investing in the next generation is an investment in a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable future.
