Empowering future talent: Siegwerk YouthCan! Youth Leadership Conference 2026

As part of its commitment to empowering communities and supporting youth employability, Siegwerk proudly sponsored the third year of YouthCan!, implemented in partnership with SOS Children's Villages Pilipinas (Philippines).

Held from September 21 to 25, 2026, at the National Training Center in Barangay San Carlos, Lipa City, Batangas, the five-day Youth Conference 2026 brought together 25 young participants from across the Philippines for a transformative learning experience focused on personal growth, career exploration, and readiness for the world of work.

Throughout the conference, participants engaged in interactive sessions covering communication, teamwork, resilience, financial literacy, self-awareness, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Designed to strengthen both personal and professional capabilities, these activities helped participants gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, build confidence, and explore potential career pathways.

A key highlight of the conference was the final-day mentoring session facilitated by Siegwerk Philippines mentors. Through engaging discussions and meaningful mentor-mentee conversations, the mentors shared valuable workplace insights, career experiences, and practical advice drawn from their professional journeys. Their guidance enabled participants to better connect the skills developed during the conference with real-world workplace expectations and opportunities, inspiring them to pursue their goals with greater confidence and purpose.
