The Siegwerk Guiding Principles lead us to be successful also in the future.

Siegwerk’s sustainable business model is an integral part of our company philosophy Ink, Heart & Soul. It is linked to all business functions and sustainability supports our safety, transparency and efficiency. Everywhere Siegwerk operates around the world, our aim is to be a good neighbor - a good corporate citizen in every community we have a presence.

Customers as partners, innovation as our driver

As a supplier of high quality printing inks and varnishes who places a strong emphasis on customer service, Siegwerk works to build long-term customer relationships with a high degree of trust and interaction. We work together with our customers to enhance functionality, efficiency and safety in the products, solutions and services we deliver. Innovation at Siegwerk is about new products, enhanced customer service offerings and internal process and technology advancements. The goal is to create an environment which fosters sustainable innovation across the entire value chain.

As a leading manufacturer of printing inks, Siegwerk provides tailor-made products and solutions in outstanding quality. This comprises our partnership with suppliers to introduce carefully-selected raw materials to ensure our inks are safe for the consumers. To provide a safe and sound working environment we focus on plant safety, efficient processes and continuous improvement. We invest in long-lasting profitable growth creating more value for the whole company, to make our company strong, now, and in the future. 

Responsibility for the environment and society

At Siegwerk we strive to minimize the impact of our more than 60 global manufacturing sites on the environment in which we operate. Of course we adhere to all regulatory requirements and legal frameworks and our own standards exceed them where we think it is necessary. We also commit to the efficient use of resources.

We are active in the communities we operate in. Siegwerk’s social responsibility focuses on three pillars: charity in the community, development programs for young adults and supporting programs related to our core business.

And our success would not be possible without the dedication and expertise of our 5,000 employees representing 30 nationalities. Delivering on our promise 

To ensure our Guiding Principles deliver what they promise, in alignment with our company strategy, the respective departments have defined corresponding targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) which measure the current situation and target the result the company strives to achieve. These will gradually be implemented and expanded.
