Siegwerk Thailand attains new ISO certifications
Siegwerk Thailand has attained new certificates from the internationally active technical monitoring organization TÜV NORD. In addition to the newly awarded ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 certification was extended. “In order to increase sustainability and our reliability on the Thai market, we decided to implement these standards,” said Itti Ananpiriyakul, Managing Director of Siegwerk Thailand.
The long preparations were followed by a two-stage audit process. TÜV NORD inspected Siegwerk Thailand for three days. Ananpiriyakul stresses: “Since we are aware of our responsibility towards the environment, safety and health as part of our core business values, this project was imperative.” He adds that certification “is a commitment for us to do business responsibly.”
