South LATAM Region conducts a Leadership training & Competence Development at Siegwerk Argentina

On July 11, Siegwerk Argentina launched a leadership training & competence development program, which will be completed by the end of 2022.

The six-month program, designed to develop leadership skills, is led by Whalecom, a Change Management, Organizational & Individual Development Consulting company with a deep expertise in the country and Latin American region over the last 20 years.  Whalecom serves several diverse local big and medium sized corporations,  such as Bayer, Coca-Cola, Daimler, Danone, Grupo Pérez Companc, Mercedes-Benz, to name a few.

The program contains 3 modules with two workshops each – on site as well as virtual – specially designed to build up stronger management skills and develop outstanding leaders throughout the Siegwerk organization.

In total 15 senior and mid-level managers from Argentina and Chile attended the first module of the training in Buenos Aires. This module was about “Leading from Being to Doing”  aiming to improve the leader’s self-awareness including exercises and interactive activities. “I am very motivated to join this leadership training and to improve my skills to become a successful and effective leader”, said Alejandra Lipovsek, Reporting, Accounting and Costs Coordinator.
