Daniel F. McDowell

Since January 2009 Dan McDowell is member of the Siegwerk Board of Management. In this position he is responsible for Global Purchasing, Global SCM Development and IT within Siegwerk.

Born 1965 in Fairfield (Iowa, USA), McDowell successfully completed his bachelor studies in engineering at Iowa State University, Ames (Iowa, USA), his masters in engineering at Northwestern University, Evanston (Illinois, USA), and MBA – Corporate Finance at DePaul University, Chicago (Illinois, USA).

McDowell held various management positions at US-based ink manufacturer Color Converting Industries (CCI) before becoming its President in 1999. After the merger with Siegwerk in December 2003, he was appointed President of Siegwerk’s NAFTA region.

Dan McDowell is married and has three children.
